Step into a dynamic and developing role as a production manager with our client in Skövde. As a production manager, you will have the opportunity to lead engaged teams and drive improvement efforts in a positive and expanding environment with great opportunities for career development.

As a production manager, you will be responsible for four assembly teams and a material group, ensuring a safe working environment, leading production towards set goals, driving preventive measures, and supporting and developing the team's skills and improvement work.

We are looking for someone with solid knowledge and experience in leadership as well as general production skills. You have a strong desire to develop both yourself and others, as well as experience in driving change and project work. You are structured, organized, and self-driven. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is essential, as well as IT skills where you master the Office suite and have an understanding of business systems. A driving license and access to a car are required for the position.

It is advantageous if you have a technical education and knowledge in automation. Experience working with improvement processes in production, especially with a focus on LEAN, is also a plus. The ability to prioritize and make decisions based on facts, along with clear communication that inspires others to follow, contributes to strengthening your profile. Previous experience with business systems and reporting on workplace safety issues is a plus.
